Captain Compliance, implemented by Consenteo.
Captain Compliance provides the privacy platform. Consenteo is its official implementation partner in Europe: we configure it around your websites, jurisdictions, tag manager and the rest of your privacy stack, test it, and keep it working as the site changes.

Buying privacy software is only part of the job.
Consent rules have to match where the visitor is. Tags and trackers have to respond to the choice. Consent Mode, Tag Manager, GPC, preference signals, server-side containers and third-party technologies all have to agree with each other.
Captain Compliance provides the platform that manages those controls. Consenteo provides the engineering that implements, tests, validates and maintains them. The goal is not a banner on a website; it is an implementation that works behind the banner.

A consent interface is only as good as what happens after the click.
Captain Compliance controls and monitors the privacy layer. Consenteo engineers and validates the implementation. This is the path a single choice takes.

Privacy controls that do not stop at the banner.
Six controls in one platform. We configure each of them against your record of processing and your tag manager, and verify them in the browser.
- 01
- Consent managementConfigurable consent experiences by geography, regulation, language and visitor preference.
- 02
- Continuous scanningCookies, pixels, scripts and trackers identified as the site changes, not once at launch.
- 03
- Automated blockingTechnologies controlled from the consent choice, rather than from policy language alone.
- 04
- Consent Mode and Tag ManagerChoices connected to Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode so measurement responds correctly.
- 05
- DSARs and preferencesData subject requests handled in one place, with a central way for people to manage preferences.
- 06
- Evidence and monitoringConsent records kept and the site watched, so privacy teams see what is running in production.
An implementation that was right six months ago may not be what is running today.
Marketing adds pixels. Agencies deploy tags. Developers release code. Advertising platforms change. New cookies appear. Requirements move across jurisdictions.
Captain Compliance keeps scanning the site. Consenteo investigates what the scan finds, configures the fix, tests it and releases it, under the same support agreement that covers the rest of the implementation.
- Captain Compliance
- Sees the change: new trackers, reclassified cookies, drift from the declared setup.
- Consenteo
- Fixes it: gating, categories, signals and notices, verified before release.
Designed for complex consent environments.

Captain Compliance provides privacy technology and Consenteo provides implementation services. Neither replaces privacy counsel; the right configuration for your organisation is decided with your legal and privacy advisers.
You do not need to start from scratch.
We assess the existing consent implementation, the tag manager environment, the tagging architecture and the privacy configuration, and say what should stay, what should change, and where Captain Compliance improves automation, monitoring or control. That covers moving from another CMP as well as deploying consent management for the first time.
Asked about the partnership.
- What does Consenteo do with Captain Compliance?
- Captain Compliance provides the platform. Consenteo, as its official implementation partner in Europe, configures it around your websites, jurisdictions, consent requirements and Google Tag Manager environment, tests it across consent states, and supports it after go-live.
- Can Consenteo help us migrate from another CMP?
- Yes. We assess the existing implementation, map the categories, vendors and regional rules to Captain Compliance, rebuild the tag gating, and run both in parallel until the new setup is verified.
- Does Captain Compliance work with Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode?
- Yes. The platform passes the consent state to Tag Manager and sets the Consent Mode v2 parameters. Our part is making sure every tag actually listens: gating in the container, default states per region, and validation in the browser.
- Can you support multiple countries and privacy laws?
- Yes. Regional rules are configured on one architecture: opt-in under GDPR, opt-out with GPC under CCPA and the US state laws, and the relevant model elsewhere. We review the mapping as the law changes.
- Can the implementation be tested after deployment?
- It must be. We test what fires before and after each choice, from several regions, and Captain Compliance keeps scanning the site afterwards. Findings are handled under the support agreement.
- Where do I start?
- With a call to Consenteo if you want the implementation scoped, with a demo from Captain Compliance if you want to see the platform, or with our free audit if you want to know what your site does today.
