Six kinds of app

One phone, six ways it earns its place.

Pick the kind of app you need. The phone shows what it does, and the notes show the options it uses.

Where the signal drops

No signal, no lost work.

Staff work in basements, on the road and on sites with no connection. The app keeps working and catches up on its own.

  1. 01UseEach app is built around the task in hand, for customers or for staff.
  2. 02KeepWhere the connection drops, the app keeps working and holds what was done.
  3. 03SyncWhen the signal returns, the app writes to the core system. Data is entered once.
Launch and after

From the first build to both stores, and beyond.

One team takes the app all the way: tested, published, given its own landing page and handed over in full.

  1. 01Built and tested

On iPhone and Android phones, against the systems the app writes to.

  2. 02Published to both stores

Consenteo is an enrolled developer on the App Store and Google Play. We publish under your developer account, or under ours when you do not have one yet.

  3. 03A landing page for the app

The app's own page: what it does, screens, and links to both stores, built by the team that builds our websites.

  4. 04Handed over, ready to grow

The code, the store listings and full documentation handed to you. New releases and features can be commissioned whenever you need them.

How we engage

Start with one stage. Each stands on its own.

Most apps start with a pilot: one app for one team, proved in live use.

  1. 01
    Discovery

    Map processes, systems and bottlenecks.

You receiveFindings and a prioritised roadmap

  2. 02
    Pilot

Prove one agent or integration in live use.

You receiveA working solution for one team or process

  3. 03
    Full build

Deliver the complete platform or programme.

    You receiveProduction system, documentation, training

Questions

Before you ask.

Still have a question? Talk to us →

Do you build for iOS and Android?

Yes, both. Apps are built native or cross-platform; which fits depends on what the app has to do, and it is agreed with you before the build starts.

Does the app work without a signal?

Where it needs to. Offline capability keeps the app working where the connection drops and holds what was done on the phone. When the signal returns, it syncs to the systems behind the app.

Can customers pay in the app?

Yes. In-app payments are a standard option, alongside push notifications and offline capability. Customer apps can also have an AI assistant built in.

Will it work with the systems we already run?

Yes. What happens in the app is written to the systems that hold the records, such as the point of sale, the schedule, the CRM or the job system, so data is entered once.

Who publishes the app to the stores?

We do. Consenteo is an enrolled developer on the App Store and Google Play, so we publish under your own developer account or, when you do not have one yet, under ours. New releases and features can be commissioned whenever you need them.

Do you build the app's landing page as well?

Yes. Each app can have its own landing page, with what it does, its screens and links to both stores, built by the same team that builds our websites.

How do we start?

With a discovery session that finds where an app would remove the most re-keying and delay. A pilot can then prove one app for one team before the full build.
