Who receives it
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We use these providers, who process data on our instructions under data processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc. hosts the site and provides cookieless page and performance measurement (Web Analytics and Speed Insights).
- Formspree, Inc. receives form submissions and forwards them to us.
- Google Ireland Ltd. provides our email (Google Workspace), where your messages and our replies are kept, and Google Analytics and Google Ads, which the site loads through Google Tag Manager.
Analytics and advertising cookies are listed in the Cookie Policy and are set only after you allow them. Before you choose, and if you decline, Google Analytics and Google Ads receive only a cookieless signal of each page view, marked with your choice.
Transfers outside the EEA
Vercel and Formspree are based in the United States, and Google may process data there. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, audit requests and assessment reports: for as long as we are discussing or working with you, and afterwards for the period in which claims may be brought under Polish law.
- Consent to guides by email: until you withdraw it. We keep a record that you withdrew it.
- Your cookie choice: 365 days in your browser, after which we ask again.
- Assessment answers in your browser: until you clear your browser storage.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you access to your data and a copy of it;
- correct it, or erase it;
- restrict how we use it;
- send it to you or to another company in a portable format;
- stop using it where we rely on our legitimate interest (you can object at any time).
Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before. For cookies, use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. For everything else, write to info@consenteo.com.
You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl, or the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email before it applies.
