System integration

Systems that finally talk to each other.

We connect your CRM, ERP, accounting, payments, messaging and telephony, with vendor connectors where they exist and custom integrations where they do not.

Pick your two systems

Which two systems does your team copy between?

Choose where a record starts and where it should land. The route shows how it gets there, step by step.

// from
FromCRM
ToAccounting
// use caseA closed deal becomes an invoice.
How the record travelsNative connector
  1. Closed deal read with its customer and line items
  2. Fields mapped to the invoice format
  3. Customer matched in accounting, no duplicate created
  4. Invoice created
  5. Invoice number written back to the deal

Common pairings

The copying we take off your team's hands.

Four everyday pairs, today and after. Any other pair is built the same way.

  • CRMAccountingToday: Every closed deal typed in again as an invoiceAfter: Invoice created, its number written back to the deal
  • WhatsApp BusinessCRMToday: Enquiries waiting on a phone, out of hoursAfter: A lead with the conversation, routed and booked for a callback
  • Legacy systemOnline storeToday: Stock copied from exports by handAfter: Stock on the store kept current from the legacy system
  • Payment gatewayERPToday: Payments matched to invoices by handAfter: Payment matched and the receipt posted to the ledger
Native, custom or no API

Native where it exists, custom where it does not.

One question decides the route. Older systems with no API at all are brought in through middleware.

Mapped once

A customer means the same thing everywhere.

Each field is mapped once, and records are matched before anything is created, so nothing is duplicated.

When a system does not answer

Nothing is lost while a system is down.

The call is queued and retried, and every delivery is logged, so your team can see what arrived and when.

How we engage

Start with one integration.

A pilot proves one integration in live use before anything else is connected.

  1. 01
    Discovery

    Map processes, systems and bottlenecks.

You receiveFindings and a prioritised roadmap

  2. 02
    Pilot

Prove one agent or integration in live use.

You receiveA working solution for one team or process

  3. 03

Questions

Before you ask.

Still have a question? Talk to us →

What if our platform already has a connector?

Then we configure and test it rather than rebuild it. Custom work starts only where no connector exists.

Can you connect a system that has no API?

Yes. Middleware picks up its exports, validates and maps the records, and writes them to the systems that need them.

Will it create duplicate customers?

No. Each field is mapped once and records are matched before anything is created, so a customer exists once in every system.

What happens when a system does not answer?

The call is queued and retried, and every delivery is logged, so nothing is lost while a system is down.

What happens when a connected platform changes?

Every integration is handed over with its field mappings, rules and delivery log documented, so a platform change is a known, scoped piece of work for your team, or for us as a new engagement.

Can we start with one integration?

Yes. A pilot proves one integration in live use before anything else is connected, and each stage can be commissioned on its own.
