About these terms
These terms apply to your use of consenteo.com, run by Consenteo Ventures sp. z o.o., ul. Czyżówka 14/2.11, 30-526 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0001267572, NIP 6793376311("Consenteo", "we").
They cover the website only. Implementation, audit and support work is governed by the agreement we sign with each client, which takes precedence over these terms.
Information, not legal advice
The Knowledge Hub, the regulation reference, the glossary, the readiness assessments and the free consent audit give general information about privacy regulation and consent technology. They are not legal advice and do not create a client relationship.
A readiness score or an audit finding describes what we could see or what you told us at that moment. It is not a certification of compliance. For decisions about your own obligations, consult your legal counsel.
Using the site
You may read, print and share pages from the site for your own work. Please do not:
- republish, sell or sublicense material from the site without our written permission;
- present our content as your own;
- send us anything unlawful, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Logos, colours and boilerplate for press and partners are available on the brand page and may be used as described there.
What you send us
Information you send through the forms is used to answer you and to provide what you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish it.

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design and code of the site belong to Consenteo or its licensors. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the platforms we work with.
Links to other sites
We link to regulators, vendors and other sources. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, current or free of interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for damage caused intentionally.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes are settled by the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
