A chatbot tells you what to do. An agent does it.

The same request, twice. One ends in instructions; the other ends in three systems already updated.

Team by team

The work an agent takes off each team.

One request in the words people already use, and the steps it replaces. Pick a team, or let it play.

You set the rules

It acts within your limits, and keeps the record.

What the agent may do on its own, what waits for a person and what it never touches is yours to set, per role and per channel. Every step lands in a log you own.

Built by the consent people

Agents your compliance team can say yes to.

Consenteo started in consent and privacy, with more than 200 implementations behind it. Every agent we build carries that in.

  • It says it is an AISince 2 August 2026 the EU AI Act requires people to be told when they are talking to an AI. Our agents say so in their first line, by design.
  • Access follows your rolesThe agent reads and changes only what the person it works for may, through the access your systems already control.
  • Consent comes with itMarketing messages go only to people who agreed, and new choices are recorded where your consent records live.
  • Logs stay with youEvery action is logged in your own systems, so you can see what was done, by which agent, for whom.

What our agents won't do

The limits are part of the design.

Trust comes from knowing how an agent fails, not only how it succeeds. Try asking the live agent above for something it shouldn't do.

  • It won't guess. When it does not know, it says so and asks, instead of making an answer up.
  • It won't act outside a person's role.It can do only what the person it works for is allowed to do.
  • It won't send, pay or delete without you.Anything irreversible waits for a person, above the limits you set.
  • It won't pretend to be human. It says it is an AI in its first line, as the EU AI Act now requires.
  • It won't keep a copy of your business. It reads what a task needs, through the access your roles allow.
  • It won't replace your team's judgement. It hands over to a person with a summary when a call needs one.

What your team gets back for customers.

Put in your own numbers for one kind of work an agent could take on.

Your numbers, not ours: retyping, chasing, looking things up, building reports. Discovery measures them properly.

Questions

Before you ask.

Still have a question? Talk to us →

Is the agent on this page real?

Yes. It is a live AI agent working on the systems of a fictional wholesaler, Brightline Supplies, with the same kind of tools, roles and approvals we build for clients. When the live agent is busy, the page plays a recorded run through the same tools and says so.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

It works from your own records, not from guesses, and it says when it does not know. It can only act within the person's role, every action is logged, and anything irreversible waits for a person. Agents are tested on your real cases before they go live.

Who is responsible for what the agent does?

You are, as with any system that acts for your business, which is why control is designed in: roles, approval limits, logs, and a hand-over to a person when a call needs one.

Is it compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act?

Compliance is where Consenteo started. Our agents tell people they are talking to an AI, as the EU AI Act has required since 2 August 2026, read only what a task needs through access your roles allow, respect consent records, and keep their logs in your systems.

Will it replace people on my team?

It takes the retyping, chasing and looking-up off them, so they spend that time on customers and decisions. It hands over to a person, with a summary, whenever judgement is needed.

Which systems can it work with?

The ones you run: CRM, ERP, accounting, ticketing, calendars, WhatsApp and phone, through their own connectors or APIs, or through a custom integration where there is none.

Where do people reach it?

Wherever they already work: web chat, a mobile app, WhatsApp or voice. One agent can serve several of them.

How do we start, and what does it cost?

With a discovery session that picks the one process where an agent would matter most. A pilot then puts one agent in one team's hands, and you decide from what it did whether it goes further. Fees are quoted per engagement after discovery.

Bring us the process your team spends the most time on.

A discovery session finds where an agent would have the greatest effect, and what it would need to do there.
